How to delete your data

Instagram data — any of these three ways:

1. In Creatorgoose: Portal → Instagram → Disconnect. Tokens are deleted immediately; associated Instagram content data is removed within 30 days.
2. In Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and Websites → remove Creatorgoose. Instagram notifies us automatically and we delete your data, no action needed on our side.
3. By email: write to privacy@creatorgoose.com from your registered email with the subject "Data deletion request".

Your entire Creatorgoose account (profile, KYC, campaign history): email privacy@creatorgoose.com. We erase personal data not subject to statutory retention (tax records must be kept up to 8 years under Indian law) within 30 days and confirm completion.
